As finals approach, one would think a student would pay less attention to their phone. However, studies can say otherwise. We want to gauge the severity of doom-scrolling in BLHS and its correlation to dopamine release in the brain.
The purpose of this survey is to get further statistics and information on the idea of how much time a student in BLHS spends on their phone on average. Your identity will be anonymous!
For this, we require iPhone users to go to their iPhone settings and search for “Screen Time”, then go to “See All App & Website Activity” to switch between daily and weekly averages. For Android, navigate to settings and click on “Digital Wellbeing and parental controls”.
